City College Brighton and Hove

What we do

ccbh_web.jpgAn example of how we are working with employers is our offer of a short course in Customer Service. This course can make a difference to your business by improving customer retention and satisfaction, and can offer staff the opportunity to progress on to further training in a wide range of business development areas. The courses are validated by the University of Brighton and they are suitable for aspiring or new managers in small and medium-sized businesses as well as large organisations. Our short course in Customer Service delivers organisational and individual benefits, as learners apply academic theory to the realities of their workplace. Flexible delivery is key and courses can be delivered on your premises if you have a group of employees who need higher-level skills training.
